This bag is really premium. The quality is as good as a Samsonite, if not better.Build – very robust. A little heavier that normal but can understand the reason behind the extra grams.Appearance – looks so stylish. Many of my acquaintances have asked me about the bag.Performance – zippers are great. No hiccups there. Zipper heads are covered with transparent plastic tubes to give it a premium feel. TSA lock provided, what else is needed? Grab handle is good. Trolley sliding handle is good quality. Slides well. Trolley handle lock clip quality is good.Wheels – are next level. Makes handling so easy & smooth. It bag literally glides even if it’s heavy.Size is nominal for a medium bag. I would highly recommend this Trolley bag for international travel. It’s really good. Go for it.

The luggage is very strong and sturdy. It comes with a free laundry bag which i found a super cool addition!The product is available I’m a lot of trendy designs and colors. The bag is extremely stylish and eye catching.It is also spacious in accordance to it’s size. I purchased a size “s” which is a cabin bag.One of the best features of this nag is the USB charging port. It is extremely practical and user friendly!all in all, I really loved this purchase !

I ordered this ahead of my trip next month.Must compliment the manufacturers on the quality of wheels, TSA locks, handles, durability and premium aesthetics of the product. 5 years warranty is another additional feature of the product.Only scope for improvement can be for the quality of inside belt and number of design/colour options available.Overall a very good quality affordable premium product for the masses and hence a 4 star rating given pricing is possibly 3-5% on the higher side!

Delivers on branding not durability
Seriously, I just paid premium (~10k) hoping for a bag with good build quality to last long. Initial impressions were good, wheels are great.1 week in the urban-jungle sticker peels off. 9 months, in the zip breaks, can’t even lock the bag.Won’t even bother with “10 year warranty”. Not worth the time.Buy something from outside India on your travels instead.

Best luggage purchase in a whileâ¦what even beats the beautiful colour and design (down to the inner lining) is that itâs super sturdy and spacious with the smoothest zips and soundless wheels. The phone charging feature is amazing too – always comes handy!Was also super impressed with the packaging – highly recommend Urban Jungle to all the travellers out there!
