   Safari, disappointed this time | QC seems poor at their end atleast for duffle bags | Replacement ok
   I got this as I had a requirement for a compact duffle bag. Since Safari is a known name for its quality and durability, I went for it without any second thought. But with this bag, I only got disappointment from Safari.When i received this bag, it passed every aspect, be it quality, finish, color, looks, material, etc. But upon close inspection, I was surprised. There was a serious quality defect. One side of the bag was torn kind of, or to say stitches were improper (pic is attached). So I simply went for replacement.••••••••••••••••••••🎁 INSIDE BOX••••••••••••••••••••→ Bag→ Shoulder strap→ Some tags and warranty card••••••••••••➕ PROS••••••••••••1. Good quality, durable materials are used overall.2. Stitches look good and durable.3. Large front pocket.4. Large, adjustable, and soft padded shoulder strap, which can be removed if not required.5. Trolley wheels are good quality and provide smooth rolling.6. Trolley handle is two-stage and supports two lengths.7. Also, the handle is sturdy and not loose and flimsy.8. 5-year international warranty which is a definite plus point.••••••••••••➖ CONS••••••••••••1. The resting side when the bag is used in vertical rolling mode should have a hard support overall. If left to stand vertically, it simply topples if not fully packed to the brim.I did not find any cons as such in this duffle bag, other than the quality defects. So reducing 1 star for this. Another 1 star deducted for the reason mentioned in the first paragraph of the verdict.So a ★★★ product.••••••••••••••••🏆 VERDICT••••••••••••••••I ordered the same bag in two different colors. But both had one or the other issue. One had zip teeth missing while the other one was torn on one side. So i ordered a replacement for the current bag (which came in a box instead of a simple poly wrap as earlier, turned out ok without any quality defect) & simply returned another one to try bag from different brands.P.S. Got Safari trolley suitcase and its a 5-star product; Don’t know what was wrong with the duffle bag category.If it was not for the issue mentioned above, which is a serious QC issue, i would have directly recommended this bag. This kind of defect should not pass the quality check of a company. Such a thing was never expected from Safari.▶ So ordering this product seems like a hit and miss kind of thing and so is inconvenient. Proceed at your own risk. Thanks to the transparent return policy, you can be assured of things and simply return or get a replacement in case of any issue.

   Seller Sending Fake Products.
   I have received a Fake Product. No Inner Branding. No Branding on Zippers. Low quality material and Wheels. The trolley gets stuck and doesn’t at all feel genuine. I already have Safari Aristocrat Kamilant. This is not Original Safari. Inside Zipper placed upside down. Original brands don’t do this Quality Lapse. This is totally a fake product.
