Major disappointment with quality
The inner cloth above the zip tore on DAY 1 of use. After having spent close to 4000, you donât expect the product to be this substandard.Have written to their customer care as well, but no response at all.Additionally, the bag is too heavy and just adding one laptop and a pouch makes it unbearably heavy and unreal to carry whole day on one shoulder, the bag alone weight quite a lot.Sheer wastage of money . Pls donât buy.

The bag is good
The only problem is that it’s a pretty heavy bag in its own. Plus there are no pockets or divisions and neither any main zip of the bag. The purse is of great quality but not that functional for a corporate girlie. You can definitely buy it if you go by car or personal transport as it’s look is pretty formal and you’ll get compliments for it! â¨
