The Bird Design hurts ! Dont buy it gals!
The rope is very thin. Cuts into the skin. The bird design has extremely sharp metal edges. It digs into theskin andcuts it. Thiscant be worn even for 30 mins. Looks cute but waste of money.

The size should have been big.
