Good but Disappointed
Actually I am repeat user of this product. First two photos is of new product delivered to me today, and last two photos are photos of bag i bought before. You can see the difference in quality. Check zipper, and handles. Earlier one was really sturdy and durable. And I liked it so much that when it worn-out i ordered it again. Because I got used to it and I didn’t want to switch for new model, because choosing is time consuming and troublesome. But I am utterly disappointed. I think I bought old 3 years ago. Even then it was same cost around 500, they could have charged Little more, instead of compromising with quality. Even the colour is different from earlier one. I am upset

Warranty is just a scam..
Within 2 months sewing came off and chain was not working , contacted seller to solve my problem as my product is in warranty. But he is not doing anything i talked to him , sent him photos on whatsapp but there is no progress , after waiting16 days (requesting to solve my issue) i am writing to share me experience with this brand and its service.Service is more important than the product itself as it tells how good a brand is.But Fristo’s 1 year warranty is just Scam.
