Issue with exchange though it’s looks good and has an amazing colour
I ordered size 5 for my spouse but it didn’t fit, so I requested for exchange of the same to size 6.To my surprise, after some days, I received a mail that item had been delivered but it was not delivered to me. And the most surprising event was that after some days, I got a mail that exchange is complete. Whereas old item is still with me since beginning. And I was waiting for delivery agent, even I called customer care but no use.What is this going on in Amazon? Was this some kind of joke?This shoe looks good, it’s nice colour but can’t say more, as didn’t try it. Now going for refund.
