The product is good , like colour, quality etc but some of the places I found blackspots(not so many) , and this is my replacement product. The first one I replaced bcoz I found the stitches on the strap was not good . But this bag is good like I have made a detailed video of this bag u can check ,I liked this bag so much that’s why I’m neglecting the same reason that I have made a replacement for. (If you not like me who is concern with every small detail then it is a perfect bag) it is spacious, the chains are smooth and looks good. Bcoz of the only problem I’m giving 4 star
